To Place an Order |

1) Print and fill out our order form (from this page, or from our printer- friendly page) 2) Send us your order. We must receive orders either through the mail, or via fax. We do not at this time accept e-mail orders, though we are looking into a shopping cart feature. For now, however, it's done the old-fashioned way! If you send your order via fax, someone has to be available to receive the transmission, so please call first and let us know that you'll be faxing it to us - we'll give you the fax number at that time. We can only accept faxed orders if you are paying with a credit card. 3)

Alpine Soy Candles accepts Checks (personal and business), Money Orders, and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Below, we describe how we process each order according to your chosen payment method.
Money Order: If you are paying with money order, your order will be processed immediately upon it's receipt through the US mail. Check: If you are paying by personal / business check - we must wait until your check clears the bank before we can proceed with processing your order. Because of unavoidable bank delays associated with this method, we don't recommend it - especially if you need your order as soon as possible.

All orders will be shipped "Priority" class, United States Postal Service (US Mail). We can ship to PO Boxes. All parcels are insured.
Because we are a very small cottage company, we must balance our revolving inventory with our desire to provide you with a broad scent selection. While there is a good chance that your particular product will be available when you place your order, we cannot guarantee it, particularly if it is a large order for only one scent or container type. Good planning is the order of the day, so, please arrange for your order several weeks in advance of your anticipated needs.
